21-year-old student Letjan Myrta had new hearing aids fitted at the HZ Reinach branch. He is profoundly hearing impaired, so his joy at the new hearing aids is enormous. Without a good hearing system fitting, he cannot communicate normally.
Letjan flew for his new hearing aids from Albania. He was accompanied by his sister, who supported him as a translator.
In his home country, there are hardly any opportunities for a technically High quality hearing instrument care. He was all the more pleased to be served with friendly and professional service at the Reinach branch of HZ. The student has relatives in Switzerland who supported him financially with the purchase of the new hearing aids. He is now looking forward to returning to university, where he can now follow lectures with ease.
